Hi,  I am Jeff DeLaney,  Owner of Advantage Lock & Key.   I officially opened for business in January, 2002  after spending the previous eight years in the telecommunications industry.   A lengthy illness in 2001 required extensive time off from my previous job and left me unable to perform my regular duties when I was finally able to return to work.   I took a leap of faith and turned a long-time hobby into a full time career.  Thus,  the birth of Advantage Lock & Key.

What drives us?      

Customer Satisfaction and helping others in their time of need.    Let's face it,  many times when you need a locksmith it is after a break-in,  theft,  divorce,  domestic dispute,  or one of life's many other challenges such as simply locking your keys in your car.   I understand your frustration.  These situations can sometimes be delicate in nature and are always frustrating.   I treat my customers the way that I would like to be treated.  You will ALWAYS be treated with the utmost respect and your privacy will be strictly maintained.  We are here to help!

My desire to help others extends beyond my business.   I  volunteer with the Medina Fire Department,  the Madison County Fire Department (Station 11),  the Gibson County Fire Department (Station 8),  and The Humboldt Area Rescue Squad.     I also support the Exchange Club Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse, and St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital.
